License Agreement
English Efficiency ("Licensor") grants the subscriber ("Licensee") a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the English Efficiency platform for a period of six (6) months from the date of first payment, subject to the terms herein.
Access is granted upon successful monthly payment of R$125.00 (five hundred Brazilian reais). The license period is set to expire six (6) months from the date of the first successful payment. Subscription renewal must be initiated by the Licensee upon expiry.
Access is granted to one (1) individual user account. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or distributing platform content to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of this license without refund.
All content, methodology, syntax sets, vocabulary structures, and pedagogical frameworks within the English Efficiency platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor. The 3-Class Method is a proprietary instructional system. No content may be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without written permission.
Payments are non-refundable once the Licensee has accessed the practice interface. If access has not been initiated within 7 days of first payment, a full refund may be requested via email.
The Licensor reserves the right to terminate access immediately for breach of any term in this agreement. Upon termination or expiry, all access rights cease and no content may be retained in reproduced form.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Curitiba, ParanĂ¡, Brazil.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. By checking the acceptance box and proceeding to payment, the Licensee acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
